Elevation

Elevation

Up, Up, Up!!!! Elevation---the height to which something rises. The act of raising from a lower place, condition, or quality to a higher; Uplifting.

DIVINE ELEVATION. ... God wants to bring you, his humble servant, divine elevation, which has the ability to destroy every form of limitation placed on your life. The concept of divine elevation is not based on our strength or wisdom; it is by divine arrangement. Divine elevation involves God’s hand taking us up into greatness. Divine elevation provides lifting that goes beyond our imagination, expectation, calculation and qualification!  No wonder the scripture says, “He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and he hath set the world upon them” (1 Samuel 2:8).

Elevation ensues being brought from a low position to a higher one. Entailing repositioning which will lead to reassignment to a higher position.

Whenever God is ready to elevate you, purification will take place to see if you are ready for the rise. The purification process is painful! During purification God will allow some very difficult test to happen. Things you thought you had conquered or would never have to face again. Your willingness in participation and surrender determines if you are ready for the elevation to your next assignment.

God recently sent me thorough a (another) purification. I had to face what I thought was dead.  But, to be honest, in the back of my mind I knew it would resurface at some point. So, I (initially reluctantly) surrendered to The Holy Spirit and allowed God to have His way through Jesus Christ. In the midst my flesh was not happy, hence the initial reluctance. But in the end my spirit rejoiced. Resulting in a freedom I never experienced before.

When purification begins you will naturally (in the flesh) fight against it. That’s what the enemy wants you to do. Resist the fight. No matter how painful…endure so you will be able to get to the point where you are free to say “God send me!”

PEARLStoPONDER: Ownership and responsibility leads to deliverance. Own the pain, be responsible for the pain you caused and be delivered (elevated) to live freely.

James 4:10---Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Colossians 3:23--And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.

Isaiah 6:8--Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
